WYETECH JADE linestage preamplifier
This is the version 1 with the black control knobs. Not sure how version 1 compares to 2 however this preamp is simply stunning. The unit is serial no. 061 and is the 115v US version. There is a voltage switch to change to 230v operation, but please refer to Wyetech Lab for instruction on how to change voltage as there may be additional steps I am unaware of. The unit is in incredible condition seeing little use since acquisition due to a very hectic travel schedule and pending overseas relocation. Rated 8/10 because of a very insignificant imperfection on the left side edge and what I will describe as a small scuff on the top plate that if I didn’t point it out you would have difficulty identifying. In the interest of full disclosure I want to be as transparent as possible. The unit will be equipped with 3 Sylvania 6SN7 tubes however I have a host of additional 6SN7s which will also be for sale. The Jade will ship in the original factory packing with owner's manual.
The version 1 was last retailed for $4800, asking $2,200, buyer pays shipping.
