Here is your chance to get a beautiful Gold Moerch DP-6 for less than the cost of a new UP-4. This comes with the pricier Precision armwand. The armwand is the blue dot weight. This tonearm & armwand combo has sounded fabulous with a Dynavector XX-2, a Denon 103LC II (similar to the 103R), and a ZYX 4D.

If you would prefer a different weight armwand, I also have 2 chrome non-Precision armwands: One green and one yellow. I would adjust the price if you preferred one of these instead of the gold blue dot armwand.

In addition to the excellent sound, the flexibility that easily removeable armwands gives is a huge advantage of this arm, especially since the armwands come in different effective masses. Allows great flexibility for matching your arm with the cart, and multiple armwands makes changing between carts a breeze!

Here is the conclusion from the Positive Feedback review of the Moerch DP-6:
"In comparison to the VPI 12.5 the Mørch was a clear winner. With the Mørch leading transients were sharper, with more impact. The Mørch provided more inner detail and allowed you to see deeper into the performance. There was also more low frequency energy with the Mørch. In overall presentation the VPI 12.5 sounded a little bit darker than the Mørch. Both tonearms were musical, but the Mørch brought you closer to the music...

Based on this comparison and my living with the DP-6 for over a year I can say conclusively that the Mørch DP-6 is a very fine tonearm...If you are in the market for a tonearm in the $3000 range I would definitely put the DP-6 at the top of your audition list."-Roger Gordon

Reason for sale? Upgrading to a DP-8! These Moerch tonearms are great.
