Kenwood L-07T built in 1978, cost $625. Well built with detector/MPX scheme: quadrature detector, charge injection cancellation discrete MPX switches, MPX PLL. The FM-only L-07T looks identical to the L-07TII described below, except that it's gun-metal gray in color rather than black. Its rack-mount holes are open on the outsides which makes it "industrial-looking" than the L-07TII. We believe that the circuitry of the two tuners is mostly identical, but the L-07T uses a quadrature detector rather than the L-07TII's pulse count detector and also lacks the two extra ceramic filters that apparently run the L-07TII's meters. The L-07T has a 7-gang tuning capacitor and is also very sensitive and quite selective even in stock form.
Kenwood L-07C preamplifier, The L-07C has an exclusively designed high-gain type equalizer amplifier which is absolutely free from various difficulties concerned with coupling capacitors, switch contacts etc. Serviced but never modified or abused. No parts replaced or static in controls.
Kenwood-Trio L-05M mono blocks amplifier, rated at an effortless 100 watts per channel in 8 ohm. Almost double in 4 ohm. The L-05m's are (Super Fast) amps which are similar to the Sansui BA-F1 and the Kenwood L-07m II mono-blocks. These mono blocks can drive almost anytype of speaker. They were fully serviced which include ( TOTAL RECAPPED, NEW SPEAKER RELAYS AND POWER SWITCHING RELAYS ). The serial numbers # 930115 & # 930120.
