For sale here is good-condition highly-regarded Lexicon MC-8 surround processor. Cosmetically, the unit is still in good shape, with minor scratches/scuff marks on the body. This unit is the newer version of MC-8 that has the auto-setup/calibration board installed (v2.01 circa 2008). You can see the four microphone inputs from the back picture of the unit. However, since I bought the unit, I have not tried its auto-setup/calibration feature, since I do not have the calibration microphone. I just did manual calibration using sound-level meter for my setup. I am not the original owner of the unit, bought it 2 years ago and have used it in my home theater setup with no issue (driving a combination of Bel Canto and Krell Showcase amplifiers). I am selling it because I have upgraded to a newer processor and have no use for it anymore.

With no auto setup/calibration board update, this was a $6000 processor, so my asking price is less than 10% of the original value of the unit. Let me know also your best offer if you are interested. I will ship the unit with its original remote control, which is also in good condition and works fine. No power cord, manual, or original box will be included with the sale. The manual for MC-8 can easily be downloaded online. I will pack securely for shipping to ensure that the unit will not be DOA.

Buy with confidence. Check my feedback here or in ebay (yongki_go) and audiogon (yongkigo).

Original remote control.
