Here are the prized and very rare 1975 HG 'Holy Grail' Reflektor SWGP Silver Shields. MATCHED Pair of rare export version. Very hard to find - these are from my personal collection.
US Seller. The tubes are screened, tested for shorts, gas emissions, outputs and hand matched. Each tube is then test on my integrated amp for noise and microphonics (nobody selling these goes through this ardent screening). Close to half the tubes I buy from overseas fail this listening testing.
These are the finest 6922 tubes that I have heard. I have tried most of the greats! I run these in my DAC, two amps, and my headphone amp.
Every tube goes through a special pin cleaning process that takes several days. I have found this really enhances the sound of these special tubes. The pictures posted are before the cleaning process.
These have been tested on my Sencor TC-162 tester and passed with flying colors for no shorts, gas, and output - and a visual inspection for no missing pins or cracks..
Where 70 = Min and 98 = New: Tube 1: '75 98/98 Tube 2: '75 98/98
Thanks for looking!
I reject 10 tubes for each one I sell! These are hand selected from the random deliveries I have received from overseas. Many of these Russian tubes I buy fail my rigorous testing process.
Buy with confidence - read my feedback - THE TUBES I SELL ARE THE EXACT ONES PICTURED AND DESCRIBED (not the case with many dealers!)
Standard terms: All tubes are tested on my Sencor TC-162 tester for shorts, grid leakage, and output. I also test in my Lyr HP amp for noise and microphonics. As these are used tubes but test good, they are sold 'as is' no returns other then not working on arrival. I accept only money order or Paypal gift – as on regular Paypal a buyer can get a refund for up to six months without question by filing a refund claim. I have a tremendous reputation built up over many years on Headfi( rb2013), Audiogon (rb99), US Audio Mart(Tubelover2) I wish to maintain. Paypal does not seem to understand the concept that tubes do wear with use.
