Up for consideration is an Infinity Intermezzo 1.2s Subwoofer. This is my all time favorite sub, but I have switched to a traditional stereo setup and I no longer need it. This sub cranks out 850 watts continuous and 2600 watts peak! It is a sealed enclosure which produces some of the tightest, most accurate bass I've ever heard. They are pretty rare and don't pop up too often, so the people who do know about this sub know how good it sounds. It sold for $1800 new.
Included with this sub is the original power cord, 1 spare grill (2 total), and the prized (and hard to find) RABOS kit. RABOS stands for "room adaptive bass optimization system." Using the RABOS kit allows you to fine tune your subwoofer to your room's specific needs. IMHO, this kit is a NECESSITY to truly bring this sub to life. RABOS cleans up the bass while allowing it to hit harder and reach lower. This sub is rated from 130hz all the way down to 23hz.
I am the second owner of this sub and it works flawlessly. There is one scratch on the top that is a little smaller than the size of a nickel (as seen in the pictures). This scratch DOES NOT affect sound quality at all. This sub is very heavy and is made of solid cast aluminium weighing over 60 pounds, so keep this in mind when coming to take a look at it. I do not want to worry about shipping, so this is LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. I live very close to Portland, OR (only about 10 miles away).
$800 obo, though no low ball offers please.
If you're seeing this, it's still for sale!
It's set up and ready to audition, so call, text, or email me.
