I've sold my Infinity IRS Betas, so no more need in an amplifier that can run so demanding loads. This unit was easily driving mid/high panels, which impedance drops to almost 1 Ohm (!) at some frequencies. This beauty from the Ram Labs is in excellent functional and cosmetic shape. The input stage uses high-voltage bipolar transistor -> driver 6BQ7 tube -> output tubes. It is suitable with KT88, 6550, KT120 tubes and provides 100W /chl with the KT120-s. Great sound of 100W /chl with only 3 tubes /chl. Unlike other tube designs, as the load impedance drops, the RM-200's output actually increases, which gives you a prefect ability to push hard any demanding speakers. Inputs - XLRs. Outputs - 1,2,4 and 8 Ohm taps. Tungsol KT120 tubes (reissues) are currently installed and still have plenty of life on them. User manual can be downloaded from the Web. Audition and pick up are available in Barrie. Pick up only - in Markham.
