Found a bunch of new CD's at The Other Indoor Flea Market in Albuquerque on Saturday. The proprietor of the booth said he purchased the entire inventory of a local record store chain when they went out of business 10 years ago. Most were pretty dusty but still sealed and reasonably priced. Even better everything in the booth was 30% off of the marked price so I got all these for just $36.00. Such a deal!

Steely Dan ~ Can't Buy A Thrill
Steely Dan ~ Countdown To Ecstasy
Bob Dylan ~ Bringing It All Back Home
Bob Dylan ~ Highway 61 Revisited
Van Morrison ~ Moondance
Marian McPartland's Piano Jazz: Steely Dan (feat. Donald Fagen & Walter Becker)
The Allman Brothers ~ Stand Back: The Anthology (2-CD)
Otis Redding ~ The Ultimate Otis Redding
Mark Knopfler & Emmylou Harris ~ All The Railroading
Emmylou Harris / Linda Ronstadt / Dolly Parton ~ Trio II
The Rascals ~ The Very Best of the Rascals
The Capp/Pierce Orchestra feat. Ernie Andrews ~ Juggernaut Strikes Again!

Although I seem to have gotten the 35-year and near-constant 'upgrade-itis' for the hardware finally under control, my unquenchable thirst for more & more software is like a runaway train. At age 60 you might think that 900 LPs' and nearly 800 CDs' would be enough. Apparently not. Every week there's at least 2 CDs' waiting in my mailbox. Methinks I may have a wee bit of a hoarding problem.

One of my all-time faves. Had the vinyl for many years; first time on CD for me.

Prince 4Ever (Greatest Hits) 4LP Box Set

Donald Fagen Cheap Xmas: Donald Fagen Complete Albums 180g 7LP Set

got them from Elusive Disc with 15% off vinyl coupon.

Dead quiet, really good sound, but make sure you clean them well.

I was too impatient to hear them and played one side of the Prince set without cleaning.

Even my non audiophile wife asked me what was wrong with the record.
