Are these even safe to use ?

Will metal touching metal short out or cause issues

Pick up this pair of cables along with some high end tube amp & pre amp & speakers

I know nothing about them other than they are from miller Sound appear to be copper with directional arrows even the out side jacket is made of metal looks to me to be copper

Do I even give them a go?

Anyone out there have these I welcome advise

No doubt these are strange, but at closer inspection, this a copper Shield, and not just copper wire wound around the inner conductors. This reminds me of flexible copper conduit that can be purchased at the local hardware store or lumberyard. Nothing wrong with it, and yes it really shields the inner conductors, but it is STIFF to use. If it sounds good to you, keep them.
