The best sounding option would be to have the arm rewired with either a longer captive cable, or have the rewire terminated with a DIN plug. Then you could use whatever phono cable, (DIN to RCA) you wanted.

Michael is one of the best in the states for rewire service:

You can also have the arm terminated into an RCA "block" with female chassis mounted RCA jacks. Or if you choose the DIN termination, Cardas makes a DIN to RCA "block" adapter.

Cheapest way would be to get a RCA extension cable or use a RCA coupler (female to female) and two RCA cables.

So, you have a few options.

If at all possible, I would really try to relocate the preamp/turntable to accommodate what you currently have.

Watch the cable capacitance! Use low-cap cables for longer runs on MM cartridges.
47KΩ loads are sensitive to cable cap, acts like a low-pass filter in the top octave!

Back in the 1970's we would use RCA F>M extensions to tame bright cartridges
plugged into bright preamps: SH*** or SO** or MAR*** or CR*** and others.
