USAM Moderator- I received a message from USAM regarding my email account. My emails were no longer being forwarded because I deleted some of my old correspondence and was told to change my email account. Evidently your system or Yahoo took this to be spam. I never marked any of the emails as spam, just merely deleted them, so I cannot figure out why this happened. The message I received from USAM was to change my email address. OK, fine. When I went to do so, I had to enter my password. I had forgotten my password. USAM would not send me the reset link because they blocked my email address. I would really like to get this resolved and reset my password on my old account so I can change my email address. Thank you in advance for your help.

I've cleared the warning from your account, in theory you won't need to change your email address on your USAM/CAM account, I did notice that the spam reports were for an email that contained the word "TEST" in the subject.

It's unclear to me when Yahoo considers actions as marking as spam, but if you move to Trash on Hotmail it can sometimes be seen as marking as spam by Hotmail depending on how you move the email. I think it'd be worth testing another delete on your end to see if Yahoo sends us a spam complaint when you delete another email (make sure to use the Delete key, and not the Spam key)
