There's currently no feature to ignore classified responses from specific users, we'll have to look at implementing something like that in the future.

For now it's best to report rude responses to moderators. If such users are breaking our rules we will talk to them or take appropriate action. You can report a response by logging in and going to the ad in question and scrolling down to the responses section. Find the offending response and click the report link for that response.

This world is full of disrespectful (= rude) people; I meet them every single day of my life.

If you have the strength, ignore 'em and smile. Move on. Know! you are better than them.

Mods here can only do so much, on CAM and USAM - but at least you have tried to raise the issue.

If responses sent through the site break the spirit of our rules, or have serious problems of some sort, mods can take action. There's historical precedent for removing users who are abusing to buyers or sellers.

It is true that moderators can "only do so much", but we encourage users to report abusive, fake, spam, or troll ad responses to moderators so we can make an assessment whether to take any action. This is important because it gives us the opportunity to remove bad actors from the site entirely, rather than forcing recipients of their spam/abuse to ignore them one by one.
